 OIC provides Capacity Building Training

Oromia Insurance Company S.C (OIC) believes that training and development is the corner stone of its strategy. OIC places greater emphasis on the development and training of its employees and management to ensure that they have the skills to take it forward in realizing its vision, mission, values, objectives and strategies.

Recently, the company has given a capacity building training to both its existing and newly hired staff from December 29 to January 3, 2015. The staffs are twenty six in number. General Insurance Operations and customer service plus other necessary ideas are included in the week long training. The trainings are lectured by well experienced OIC’s management team. After the successful completion of the training the trainees are certified and made a fruitful discussion with Executive Management Team through which the company can provide a quality service to its customers.
